When change happens, that means change has to happen. Here are the four types of changes that changes;

One: To Let Change Change Us

This is difficult simply because people don’t resist change, people resist being changed. No change can change a person if they don’t want to change. “There is no use whatsoever in trying to help people who do not help themselves”, Andrew Carnegie.  

Two: To Change Change

You cannot change when change wants or has changed. Trying to change change outside you when cannot be changed causes confusion both inside and outside you. A wise man changes things he can change, and understands what he cannot change. You only change yourself towards things you cannot change.

Three: To Change Oneself

This is very possible to change yourself. The greatest changes you have to change is you yourself; and then support others to change too.

Four: To Change When Change Changes

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man”, George Bernard Shaw.  People who change when change happens are the ones who become successful with life and other businesses. Adaptive people are advantaged people.
