“We are at that very point in time a 400 year old age is dying and another is struggling to be born – a shifting of culture, science, society, and institutions enormously greater than the world has ever experienced. Ahead is the possibility of the generation of individuality, liberty, community, and ethics such as the world has never known, and a harmony with nature, with one another, and with the divine intelligence such as the world has never dreamed”
– DEE HOCK; founder of VISA
It seems school is a scam, we are taught every child has got a right go to school, but why is it every child is not supported to go to school by the very people who say every child has got a right to go to school. School is a choice, saying every child has a right to go to school, that’s BS lie, every child has the freedom of choice by their own will to chose to go to school or not, I know now you are saying this F, this SOB is insane! Finish reading the article and you will understand what you have never or you will never be taught in school.
During President Michael Sata Chilufya ruling they imposed a free child education at primary level, but that never went any further to date, and no one even talks about such an issue, reason being, I doubt if such a policy brought in any money to the Education Union Board.
Parents should realize that what we call in the school the PTA or Union Board of Teachers are not there for the students or pupils education empowerment, there are there for money, there driving force is money, how much money have you made, not for the education students, realize that, I cut here.
Going back to human rights, what about those kids who their parent cannot avoid to pay for their schools fees, and no one gives a demn about that, not even the government or any other family member, what would you say about that? Should they be arrested or persecuted or? What about the government who say every child has the right to go to school but has failed to pay for every child to get into school, should they be persecuted too or? Think about this. Some of these organizations we call human-rights should become human-responsibility or human-choice organizations.
Moreover, school is fine, but its system is a problem. I propose myself a child at list they go to school to a minimum of high school to learn to read and write, from there they should find, follow and work on their passion, their talents or their God given gifts rather and learn entrepreneurship skills practically in the street from people who are already successful entrepreneurs on the street, not school entrepreneurship that only leads students to become employees for the rich people and the government. School entrepreneurship is just BS, blue sky waste of time for me.
School Entrepreneurship (Theory) – Trains you to become an employee.
Street Entrepreneurship (Practical) – Trains you to become an entrepreneur
My New School Training Proposal
- Train students to read and write with at list some basic subjects from grade 1 to grade 12, high school level. But whoever wants to become an employee for the rich people can proceed to college.
- Train students to self-actualize their potential, talents, genius or God given gifts and work on them to make them come true.
- Train students street entrepreneurship, practical one not a theory one of reading old books that most them have become obsolete to use and train students from in this new economy.
- Train students to combine their reading and writing, talents and entrepreneurship skills to build a business that should serve as many people as they can reach in their community, country and with this internet to reach as many people as they can in this world.
This is my proposal, and with this global high rise of unemployment and fewer jobs on the market place, I believe my proposal is what can make a difference and it’s what has made a big difference to rich entrepreneurs in this world; not school-system training, is obsolete today; but I doubt if my proposal can be implemented or accepted in the school-system because who ever came up with a school-system philosophical way of training, knows I make him run out of business. School is in a business for money, not really for your child’s education.
Ok get this also, even if it is counting or learning arithmetic, most children learn at home before they even enter reception or grade 1 grade of school. I learnt to count numbers before I even entered in the school system training. Truth is, I loved learning in school, but I never loved the school system way of teaching; conditioning me to learn subjects I never loved or wanted at all like chemistry which has not helped me in this world any how; maybe if I wanted to become a rocket scientist, or medical doctor, but I am not. Why don’t you let kids in school choose subjects their passionate about? Not given a child subjects they have no interest about; better a child learns 1 or 2 subjects is interested passionate in, than given a child 7 subjects that makes them have a pain in their ass. Think about this?
As a true lie said, “School (education) is a key to success”, following such a statement is only for those who don’t understand the philosophy behind the school-system.
My point is: Every child has the right to go to school is the reason the government survives simply because school is a factory that produces employees, consumers who pay the most taxes to the government and become servants of a few rich people. School purpose is to produce future customers that will pay more taxes to the government.
Truth is you don’t need to change the government or the school system; all you need is to change yourself, come up with your own better system than an obsolete school system. All you need is to change yourself, take control of your life and your financial life. If you are a parent who has kids in school, all I can tell you wake up if you love your child!
It’s your own choice, not grades, a job or the government to give you the life you want; only you can give yourself the life you want. I only leave you with words from David Sarnoff founder of Radio Company of America who said, “Don’t be misled into believing that somehow the world owes you a living. The boy who believes that his parents, or the government, or anyone else owes him a livelihood and that he can collect it without labor will wake up one day and find himself working for another boy who did not have that and, therefore, earned the right to have others work for him”.
