There is a new wave of schools emerging that so many people cannot see for now, these schools are not common schools like common traditional schools of passing grades, it’s not of judging the intelligent one is the one who pass the first grades, it’s not of going to school to get a job, NO; these new raising schools focus on training practical society working skills, focus on bringing out the potential humanity is already born with within, focus to help humanity to realize who they were meant to be, do, have and share on this earth, focus on helping humanity realize that abundance and healthy is our birthright, and not the other round which is poverty and sickness.

These emerging new schools are what the ancient Greeks called mastery schools, the know thyself schools, meaning schools in those ancient time that trained humanity to realize their own potential within, learn how their mind works and learn how to use their minds constructive for the benefit of oneself and society too;these were schools that made humanity realize their life purpose on this earth,to be, do, have and share what each individual is here for on this earth, as the philosopher, author and spiritual teacher G.I. Gurdjieff said  “The first reason for man’s inner slavery is his ignorance, and above all, his ignorance of himself. Without self-knowledge, without understanding the workings and function of his machine, man cannot be free, he cannot govern himself, and he will always remain a slave, the plaything of forces acting upon him. This is why in all ancient teachings the first demand at the beginning of the way to liberation was to know thyself”.

Things have changed, systems have changed, business have changed, but one system that has not changed since it was formed in the 20th century, it’s our traditional school training system, it was formed to create more employees to work for the 20th century factory industries, but here today we are in the 21st century, factory industries have disappeared, unemployment has gone through the roof, robots and computers taking away human labor and mental jobs, but schools are busy training kids to leave school and go look for a high paying job when their fewer and fewer jobs out there on the market place.

And new spiritual schools are emerging now to take over common traditional schools,and if this common school we have now cannot adapt and bring in new changes,new way of training humanity to what is currently happening now, but continual teaching what happened in the 20th century, traditional schools will completely vanish, become extinct in the near future.

I love what the teacher and author of Grunch of Giants Dr. Buckminster Fuller said “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” We don’t need to change the current school-system,but come up with new schools, new way of teaching or training methods that works for this century. Truth is, you can’t use an old map to explore a new world, yet school is still using the 20th century old school-system map on students in the 21st century new world that has a new map;this is what is causing this insanity called unemployment today and it seems nobody can notice this insanity caused by school, simply because everyone is busy advising kids to go to school, get a high paying job with benefits and a job will take care of you, this is suicide for kids today, this unemployment is a suicide today for students coming out of college only to find their no jobs,that’s why we need new ways of doing things today, rather than the old ways of doing things.   

These new schools emerging of this 21st century will replace the old school and its systems, if it does not make changes of its old obsolete way of training students. New school trainings system is solving unemployment problems while old school training system is busy creating unemployment problems.

Remember that we are no longer in the old 20th century; we are in the technological information new age. Let’s get this in mind people.
