Did you know that more than 90% of poor habits that cause people to become and stay poor and poorer in all ages roots from poor parents, homes and families? Moreover, what can a poor parent teach their child about money? Of course they teach children what they know about money, in short poor habits they already have, unless otherwise changes happen. Remember that you can’t teach what you don’t own or don’t know, and as a parent you only teach your children want you know.

Remember that both the poor and middle-class people are poor people because they teach their kids poor habits. The poor and middle class work for money, employers and the government too. But the rich people don’t work for money; they have learnt to make money work for them; and in addition people work for them.

We learn about money from our parents and mostly learnt unconsciously when we were children, and we end up growing up with these same old childhood habits into our adulthood and also pass them to our children and our children too, do so to their children; for example of the childhood money beliefs like,

“You can only make money by becoming an employee or by working for others”,

This is a belief that makes people become slaves to money, and this has become some families and my families way of life too; it has become a culture and if not broken or questioned, such a belief will and has continue leading people into a miserable, poverty and struggling lifestyles. It’s the poor beliefs that keep people poor in families and a country at large.

We also go to school so that we should stay poor and die poor. We go to school so that our God given wealthy within us can easily be stolen from us by the greedy capitalists and the government. We are born rich, but school makes us poor too. And the middle-class family emphasizes more on getting a good education so that you can get a high paying safe secure job with benefits; but not today, a high paying safe secure job is history, is a joke, but still kids are being told to date

“Go to school, get good grades and find a high paying safe secure job”. Such an advice sucks today.

Today the middle class is fast slipping into poverty class; and soon they will be a poor and rich class only.  It’s poor obsolete ideas and beliefs that make and keeps most people poor, not poor working habits. Most people work hard, but they don’t think hard.

That’s why you find that poor people’s children end up being poor if those poor beliefs and habits are not unlearned and replaced with wealthy beliefs and habits. Getting rich is a choice, so is poverty too. Rich people get rich because they have rich habits, rich beliefs and a wealth mindset. Poor people are poor because they have poor habits, poor beliefs and a poor mindset.

Its time you begin to question your parents or family beliefs if they are making you richer each day that comes or poor each day that comes, and Mr. Alvin Toffler put it clear here that “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.” If our beliefs and habits are not questioned, and if there not empowering us, then pain, poverty and stupidity will be passed on from generation to generation, and we will never break such a cycle of a misery lifestyle.

The entrepreneur years ago Mr. S.B. Fuller’s mother once told him when he was young boy that;

“The reason why we are poor is not because of God. We are poor because father never developed a desire to become rich. No one in our family never developed a desire to be anything else”

Truth you should understand is that becoming rich is a choice and staying poor is a choice. If you continual to think and stay poor for the rest of your entire life on this earth, then it’s your own fault.

Get your butt up, develop a rich mindset if you want to become and live a rich life. Its rich ideas, beliefs and habits with action that will make you become and live rich and wealth. And remember that “Whatever may be said in praise of poverty, the fact remains that it is not possible to live a really complete or successful life unless one is rich”, Rhonde Byrne, author “The Magic”.
