Leadership Skills: Are the leaders able to inspire and motivate you to overcome your fears and have others overcome their fears to get the job done? Asses there leadership skills they offer. Have they inspired a great team? Do the leaders have a B quadrant business mind?

Leverage: Are you able to train other people to work for you?

Creativity: Will the business allow to me become more creative; develop my talents and genius to maximum of my potential? It’s just not joining the network marketing for money making; it’s about realizing who you were meant to be, do, have and share on this world. It’s about to self actualizing your potentials within too.

Control: Is it a protected system, patented system that belongs to me.

Selling Trainings: Do they train their team how to sell, how to attract people to join the network. Remember sales = income, so in network marketing your income will depend on the people who join your network.

Predictability: Is my income predictable if I do what is expected of me? If I am successful, and keep expanding my business, will my income increase with my success and hard work?

Expandability: Can my business grow indefinitely. Can my business last even if I died and left it with my family.

Products: The product is the last thing you should look at. But many people make a mistake by first focusing on the product of how much money am I going to make. Products and the money are important; but the trainings and skills are very important.

The philosophy here is learning more first and you will earn more later. To learn means “Listen first and earn later”, but most people listen little but wanting to earn more with little knowledge; that’s why going through first the training process is very important in the network marketing business.
