In 2011 I was watching International Labour Organization (ILO)documentation on BBC News Television, on the high rising of unemployment among the youths, where  I was very much inspired to begin building my own business too, rather than waiting for the government or someone there out to come give me a job.

BBC did an interview on Rajeeb Dey a youth founder and CEO of who said words that have inspired I ‘Maradona Chalwe’ to build up this Personal Development and Entrepreneurship Education website you are reading this article on. While Rajeeb was being interviewed, he said these words that stand for me to date more especially for my fellow youths;

“As you have seen today with the youth unemployment fingers, heating over millions. It is the time if people have had an inclination to start a business. It will be a good time to thinking about starting your own business and really making a job rather than taking a job”.

I also leave you with words by the human rights activist, entrepreneur and founder of Body Shop, Anita Roddick, who said “Nobody talks of entrepreneurship as survival, but that’s exactly what it is and what nurtures creative thinking”. In truth, entrepreneurship is the future. It can truly solve the ills of the world for example unemployment if we help to fulfill its full potential. Youths it’s time to think businesses wise, than just thinking seeking a job. The future belongs to entrepreneurs.
