You caused that problem or did not, it’s all your responsibility, and you define what it does to you. “People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, make them” said George Bernard Shaw.
Successful people are always in control of everything that happens to them, and always in control of not what happens to them. You might not control or change what happens around you, but you might control yourself and your attitude towards what happens around you. You can either take control of yourself towards the environment you cannot change or you can let that environment take control of you and define you.
Taking control of your life is taking responsibility of everything. And it’s only by taking control of your mind, your attitude and actions, and that’s when you will begin to have control of yourself; you will start to define problems and not problems to define you. You will begin to understand problems and not problems to understand you. You will begin to solve problems and not problems to solve you. You will begin to use problems as opportunities and not problems to use you as an opportunity.
You will begin to have control of what you have no control of and what you have control of. If you cannot control it, then it’s none of your business and none of your business is the control you have.
All success is birthed from responsibility, and whoever you admire or see has become successful at something had to take responsibility of a problem or an opportunity, and that made them the success you see them. Taking responsibility is the secret to success, and not running away like many do. Paid according to the problems you solve, entrepreneurs are good at this because they understand the bigger the problem they solve the bigger the payment or the reward they get.
Remember that the secret to any success you desire will come with responsibility or responsibilities, and it’s in how you handle that responsibility that is what will determine the success you will achieve or become. Take control of everything; but take responsibility of what is important.
